Key Qualifications:
- Current BCBA certification and licensure in Tennessee
- Prior experience in school settings or with student populations is preferred
- Strong assessment, evaluation, and behavioral intervention skills
- Talent for mentoring and supervising behavioral team members

Role Highlights:
- Deliver BCBA expertise and leadership onsite
- Conduct assessments and evaluations for students manifesting behavioral challenges
- Support RBTs and the broader behavioral team in daily operations and interventions
- Play an active role in IEP development and implementation, partnering with the Special Education (SPED) team
- Oversee, mentor, and provide supervision to the districts behavioral staff
