Make a meaningful impact by supporting students and staff with your expertise as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)! This onsite, contract opportunity focuses on providing critical behavioral guidance and support to one school, working collaboratively with a dedicated team throughout the full 25-26 school year.
Key Qualifications:
- Hold a valid BCBA license for Tennessee
- Experience in assessments and evaluations of students with behavioral needs
- Skilled in supporting IEP plans and collaborating on processes with SPED teams
- Demonstrated ability to provide effective supervision for RBTs/behavioral teams
- Prior experience in educational settings and working with diverse populations preferred
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive BCBA support to RBTs and behavioral staff within the school environment
- Conduct assessments and evaluations for students exhibiting behavioral challenges
- Contribute to IEP development, review, and implementation as an integral member of the SPED team
- Supervise and guide district behavioral staff to ensure quality behavioral practices
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary professionals to promote student success
Scheduling & Work Environment:
- Opportunity to choose full-time (37.5 hours/week) or part-time (20 hours/week)
