Job Description

A full-time or part-time BCBA opportunity is available within a school setting in Hixson, TN. This role involves providing critical behavioral support and oversight within a single school environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver BCBA support to RBT and behavioral teams
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations for students facing behavioral challenges
  • Collaborate with special education teams to support IEP development and implementation
  • Provide supervision and guidance for district behavioral staff

Qualifications:

  • Active BCBA license in Tennessee
  • Experience working with diverse student populations within educational settings
  • Strong knowledge of behavioral assessments and intervention strategies
