Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing
- Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Experience developing and implementing behavior support plans in school environments
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, therapists, and families
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for behavior assessment
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze student data
- Develop, monitor, and update individualized behavior intervention plans
- Offer direct support and coaching to school personnel regarding positive behavior strategies
- Provide training for staff and families to promote consistent behavior support techniques
- Participate in student-focused meetings to review progress and adjust interventions as needed
