A contract opportunity is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to make a meaningful difference across multiple school sites for the upcoming academic year. This newly created role is ideal for a data-driven professional ready to shape behavior analytic services in an educational setting by partnering closely with staff and positively impacting students at all grade levels.
Key Qualifications and Experience:
- Active BCBA certification is required
- Previous experience in educational settings preferred, with comfort working both with general and special education populations
- Strong analytical skills with a proven, data-driven approach to developing and evaluating behavioral plans
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills to engage teachers, psychologists, and administrators
- Passion for pioneering initiatives and supporting the launch of behavior services within new environments
- Ability to provide a redacted Functional Behavior Assessment (FBA) sample and professional references as part of candidate submission
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct behavior analytic services to students across three school buildings within the district
- Perform observations throughout the district, including supporting emotional support classrooms
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop effective, actionable behavior intervention plans
- Participate actively in IEP meetings, ensuring that behavioral strategies are aligned with student learning goals
- Collaborate consistently with school psychologists and educators to build capacity and ensure fidelity of implementation
This full-time, onsite role offers 37-40 hours per week, ensuring continuity and connection as you work with students and educators across all three school sites.
