Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• Current BCBA certification in good standing
• Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
• Previous experience working in educational settings, preferably K-12
• Strong knowledge of functional behavior assessments and behavior intervention plan (BIP) development
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to train and coach school staff on behavioral strategies
• Collaborative mindset to work with teachers, administrators, and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavioral assessments for students identified with behavioral challenges
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
• Provide data-driven recommendations for instructional and behavioral support
• Collaborate with educators, paraprofessionals, and related service providers to implement interventions
• Train and support staff in applying behavior analytic principles in the classroom
• Collect data and document student progress, adapting strategies as needed
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide input for student programming
