Job Description

Qualifications:

  • BCBA certification in good standing
  • Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
  • Previous experience working in school settings is strongly preferred
  • Solid understanding of developing and implementing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and use data-driven analysis to identify student needs
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized BIPs
  • Provide direct consultative support to teachers, paraprofessionals, and families
  • Train and guide school staff on best practices in behavior management and positive behavioral supports
  • Regularly document progress, prepare reports, and participate in IEP meetings when necessary
  • Foster a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment for all students
