This role is ideal for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) looking for a consultative, coaching-focused position within an educational setting, working across PreK and elementary levels.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active MA BCBA credential required
  • Demonstrated experience providing behavioral consultation in school environments
  • Strong background in coaching and supporting staff on behavior intervention strategies
  • Ability to effectively manage a diverse caseload in a multi-site configuration
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and collaboration skills

What Youll Do:

  • Serve as a behavioral consultant and coach for staff and stakeholders, focusing on best practices across PreK and elementary settings
  • Support a caseload of approximately 65 students, devising and updating evidence-based behavioral plans
  • Deliver in-person consultation at two distinct school locations, fostering collaboration and capacity building among education teams
  • Guide, mentor, and empower teachers and staff through ongoing coaching, modeling interventions and monitoring implementation fidelity
  • Collect and analyze behavior data, tailoring interventions and recommendations to meet students evolving needs
  • Participate in team meetings and provide input for student progress tracking and program improvement
