Youll work full-time, onsite, supporting the growth and development of elementary students by providing expert behavioral analysis and intervention across a caseload of approximately 25-30 learners.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Active BCBA certification in Massachusetts
- Proven experience working in a school setting, preferably at the elementary level

Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and interpret data to guide interventions
