Job Description

A full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) opportunity is available for the 2025 school year to support K-12 students during a maternity leave assignment. This onsite contract role offers a chance to work in a dynamic educational setting from September 1 to November 28, with an estimated 30 to 35 hours per week, Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide applied behavior analysis services to students with diverse needs across K-12 grades.
  • Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and interdisciplinary teams to support student progress.
  • Monitor data collection and analyze student behavior patterns to adjust interventions accordingly.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation and comply with district policies.

Qualifications:

  • Active BCBA certification required.
  • Experience working within school settings preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Commitment to onsite work throughout the contract period.

Location:

  • Hartford, CT area, supporting schools within the district.
