Desired Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Experience in a school, educational, or pediatric setting
- Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
- Ability to develop and implement effective behavior intervention plans
- Excellent communication skills with students, staff, and families
- Organized, adaptable, and solution-focused
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments for students
- Design, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
- Collaborate closely with classroom staff, teachers, and administration
- Provide support and professional development to staff on ABA techniques
- Monitor progress, collect data, and make recommendations for program adjustments
- Facilitate communication between families, educators, and outside professionals as needed
