Job Description
Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for an onsite contract position supporting pre-K12 students within a school district.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
- Develop and implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Complete student and classroom observations
- Attend meetings and provide behavioral recommendations
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Supervise and mentor BCBA candidates
- Maintain accurate documentation and student records
Qualifications:
- Active BCBA certification
- Experience conducting FBAs and developing BIPs
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- School-based and supervisory experience preferred
