This on-site contract opportunity offers two positions in a district-wide setting, providing the chance to collaborate with educators and families across multiple schools. As a BCBA, youll guide positive behavioral interventions, help design individualized support plans, and work closely with teams to cultivate a thriving learning atmosphere for all students.
Key Qualifications:
- Active BCBA certification required
- State of Illinois IDFPR license required
- Professional Educator License (PEL) is encouraged, but not mandatory
- Solid experience with school-based behavioral assessment, intervention development, and staff training preferred
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct behavioral assessments and design evidence-based interventions
- Train, supervise, and support other staff in implementing behavior plans
- Collect and analyze student data to monitor progress and refine interventions
- Partner with teachers and families to promote positive behavioral outcomes
- Maintain detailed records in compliance with district and state standards
- Serve as a behavioral resource across the district with flexibility and initiative
