Key Qualifications:

• Ability to conduct assessments, develop data-driven plans, and provide ongoing coaching to educational teams
• Flexible, adaptable, and organized with attention to compliance and documentation

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments and develop customized Behavior Intervention Plans
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support the success of students with behavioral or emotional needs
• Train and coach school staff on the implementation of ABA strategies and protocols
• Collect, analyze, and report on behavior data to inform ongoing program adjustments
• Consult with families, offering guidance and support to reinforce interventions at home
• Maintain compliance with ethical and legal standards relevant to educational practices
