Make a difference in students lives by supporting a positive learning environment as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with a respected school district for the upcoming school year, August through late May. This contract opportunity offers a rewarding chance to bring your expertise to an onsite position working closely with educators, students, and families to develop and implement effective behavioral interventions.
What youll bring:
- Active BCBA certification and state licensure
- Proven experience providing behavioral analysis in an educational setting
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Knowledge of current evidence-based ABA methods
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities
- Ability to develop individualized plans and document progress
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting functional behavior assessments for students
- Creating and monitoring individualized behavior intervention plans
- Collaborating with teachers, staff, and families for plan implementation
- Providing coaching and support for staff on behavioral strategies
- Collecting, analyzing, and reporting data to inform decision making
- Staying current with industry best practices in behavioral analysis
- Attending meetings virtually (via Zoom) when required
