Exciting contract opportunity available for an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) onsite in a supportive school environment for the upcoming academic year. This position begins in August and extends through late May, supporting student success through evidence-based behavioral interventions.
Key Qualifications:
- Current certification as a BCBA
- Previous school-based experience strongly preferred
- Ability to develop and implement effective behavioral intervention plans
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Commitment to maintaining ethical and professional standards
- Flexible and organized, comfortable balancing multiple priorities
Primary Responsibilities:
- Evaluate students behavioral needs and create tailored strategies for intervention
- Collaborate with educators, related service providers, and families to maximize student outcomes
- Collect and analyze data to assess intervention effectiveness and adjust plans accordingly
- Provide professional guidance and training for school staff as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to team meetings
- Support students across various age groups based on caseload assignment
Position Details:
- Full school-year contract from August through late May
- Approximate weekly hours determined by mutually agreed schedule
- Onsite role, with interviews conducted over Zoom
