A contract opportunity is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support educational programs in a school setting located in Greenwich, CT. This role involves applying applied behavior analysis principles to help students improve social, communication, and learning skills.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing behavior intervention plans tailored to individual student needs
• Conducting functional behavior assessments and data analysis
• Collaborating with teachers, therapists, and families to monitor progress and adjust strategies
• Providing training and support to school staff on behavior management techniques
• Documenting and reporting on student progress and behavior outcomes

Qualifications and experience required:

• Current BCBA certification and licensure as applicable
• Experience working in a school-based environment preferred
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles and behavior intervention strategies
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and manage caseload effectively
