Job Description
A contract opportunity is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support educational programs in a school setting located in Greenwich, CT. This role involves applying applied behavior analysis principles to help students improve social, communication, and learning skills.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing behavior intervention plans tailored to individual student needs
- Conducting functional behavior assessments and data analysis
- Collaborating with teachers, therapists, and families to monitor progress and adjust strategies
- Providing training and support to school staff on behavior management techniques
- Documenting and reporting on student progress and behavior outcomes
Qualifications and experience required:
- Current BCBA certification and licensure as applicable
- Experience working in a school-based environment preferred
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles and behavior intervention strategies
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and manage caseload effectively
