This full-time, onsite contract position is set for the 26/27 school year and centers on providing essential behavioral support across K-12 settings. Your expertise will be key in shaping positive outcomes for students and empowering Registered Behavior Technicians with effective guidance.

What Were Looking For:

  • Current BCBA license
  • Experience developing and implementing behavior intervention plans
  • Confidence in supervising RBTs and collaborating with other school professionals
  • Adaptability across elementary, middle, and high school caseloads
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

What Youll Do:

  • Design, oversee, and adjust behavioral plans tailored to individual student needs
  • Supervise, mentor, and support RBTs working within the school environment
  • Collect and analyze student progress data to inform intervention strategies
  • Collaborate closely with educators and staff to support classroom success
  • Contribute to a positive, supportive, and proactive school climate
