Desired Qualifications and Experience
- Valid BCBA certification in the state of Connecticut
- Experience working in school settings, preferably with K-12 populations

Primary Responsibilities
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students
- Implement behavior intervention strategies and monitor progress
- Collaborate with teachers, school personnel, and families to ensure cohesive support for each student
- Offer training and ongoing consultation to staff regarding behavior plans and best practices
- Document services, maintain accurate records, and adhere to regulatory guidelines
- Adjust interventions as needed to promote student success and engagement within the school community
