Job Description

A full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) position is available at a school located in Greenwich, CT. This contract role focuses on providing expert behavioral support to elementary-aged students, applying evidence-based strategies to help them achieve academic and social success.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans tailored to individual student needs.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to implement and monitor behavioral strategies.
  • Collect and analyze data to measure student progress and adjust interventions accordingly.
  • Provide training and guidance to school personnel on behavior analytic principles and techniques.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of individualized education programs (IEPs).

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required.
  • Experience working with elementary-aged students in a school setting preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of behavior analysis principles and ability to apply interventions effectively.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and maintain detailed documentation.
