Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing
- Proven experience providing ABA services in educational settings
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities with teachers, staff, and families
- Ability to analyze data to inform decision making and create effective behavior plans
- Familiarity with IDEA, FAPE, and best practices in special education
- Commitment to ethical, evidence-based practices
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and design individualized intervention plans
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support students IEP goals
- Provide training, resources, and ongoing support for staff members
- Monitor, document, and report on student progress and program effectiveness
- Consult directly with families and caregivers to reinforce strategies at home
