What We're Seeking:
- Active BCBA certification and state licensure
- Experience working within school settings preferred
- Ability to engage, assess, and design interventions for students in PreK-8th grade
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Passion for supporting positive student outcomes and adapting strategies to unique needs
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver onsite services, developing and implementing evidence-based behavioral intervention plans
- Conduct student assessments, collect and interpret data, and adjust interventions as needed
- Consult with teaching staff, provide training, and offer insights for classroom management
- Maintain thorough documentation and compliance with state and district guidelines
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive, proactive educational environment
Schedule & Assignment Details:
- Contract position from July 7 to July 30
- Monday through Thursday onlyenjoy three-day weekends
- Onsite hours: 8:30am-12:30pm, for a weekly total of 22.5 hours
