What We're Seeking:

  • Active BCBA certification and state licensure
  • Experience working within school settings preferred
  • Ability to engage, assess, and design interventions for students in PreK-8th grade
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Passion for supporting positive student outcomes and adapting strategies to unique needs

Core Responsibilities:

  • Deliver onsite services, developing and implementing evidence-based behavioral intervention plans
  • Conduct student assessments, collect and interpret data, and adjust interventions as needed
  • Consult with teaching staff, provide training, and offer insights for classroom management
  • Maintain thorough documentation and compliance with state and district guidelines
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive, proactive educational environment

Schedule & Assignment Details:

  • Contract position from July 7 to July 30
  • Monday through Thursday onlyenjoy three-day weekends
  • Onsite hours: 8:30am-12:30pm, for a weekly total of 22.5 hours
