Qualifications:
- Valid BCBA license in California
- PPS Credential required
- Experience working with behavioral teams or within school settings preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Enthusiasm for working with diverse student populations
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide onsite BCBA support to the RBT/Behavioral team
- Conduct behavioral assessments and evaluations for students
- Collaborate on the development and implementation of IEP plans
- Work closely with the SPED team and support district-wide initiatives
- Supervise and mentor behavioral support professionals
