Qualifications:

  • Valid BCBA license in California
  • PPS Credential required
  • Experience working with behavioral teams or within school settings preferred
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Enthusiasm for working with diverse student populations

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide onsite BCBA support to the RBT/Behavioral team
  • Conduct behavioral assessments and evaluations for students
  • Collaborate on the development and implementation of IEP plans
  • Work closely with the SPED team and support district-wide initiatives
  • Supervise and mentor behavioral support professionals
