Key Qualifications:
- Valid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) license in California
- PPS Credential required
- Experience delivering BCBA support in educational settings preferred
- Strong ability to assess, evaluate, and create strategies to address behavioral challenges
- Effective communicator with skills in collaboration and leadership
- Previous experience working with special education teams and supporting IEP processes is desirable
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide onsite BCBA support to RBTs and the broader behavioral team
- Conduct assessments and evaluations for students with behavioral needs
- Collaborate closely with special education staff to develop and implement effective IEP plans
- Offer supervision and guidance for behavior support teams and help cultivate best practices throughout the school
- Foster a positive, inclusive atmosphere for students from diverse backgrounds
- Maintain accurate records and contribute professional expertise to multidisciplinary meetings

Compensation for this position ranges from $43.20 to $50.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
