Job Description

An exciting opportunity is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students in a dynamic school setting located in Fremont, CA. This contract position offers the chance to apply your expertise in behavior analysis to positively impact student learning and development within an educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Collaborate with educators, therapists, and families to implement effective strategies
  • Provide direct supervision and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and school staff
  • Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as necessary
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation consistent with best practices and regulatory standards

Desired Qualifications:

  • Current BCBA certification and active licensure
  • Experience working within schools, preferably supporting children with special needs or developmental disorders
  • Strong communication skills to effectively coordinate with multidisciplinary teams
  • Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and data collection methods
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases concurrently
