This part-time BCBA position allows you to work two days per week with a flexible schedule (MondayFriday), striking the perfect balance between professional growth and personal freedom. Desired Skills & Experience:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Public school experience strongly preferred
- Expertise in behavioral interventions and consultation

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide consultation and behavioral intervention support aligned with students IEPs
- Update and help implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Collaborate closely with classroom staff, administration, and special education teams
- Support a caseload of approximately 29 students across elementary and middle grades
