Qualifications and Experience:

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
• Previous experience providing ABA services within a school setting preferred
• Strong understanding of evidence-based behavioral interventions and data-driven practices
• Ability to develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Commitment to fostering inclusive, positive school cultures

Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop targeted intervention strategies for students
• Design, implement, and monitor individualized behavior support plans, collecting and analyzing relevant data
• Train and mentor school staff in behavior intervention techniques and best practices
• Collaborate with IEP teams to create behavior goals and progress monitoring systems
• Provide ongoing consultation and support to teachers, administrators, and families
• Adapt approaches to meet diverse student needs and changing classroom dynamics
