Bring your expertise as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to a fulfilling contract opportunity supporting elementary and middle school students for the remainder of the 2025/2026 school year. Located near Framingham, MA, this part-time position offers a highly flexible two-day-per-week schedule (MondayFriday options) within a vibrant educational community. Enjoy a manageable caseload of approximately 29 students, focusing on consultation, behavioral interventions, and behavior plan updates for elementary (grades 25) and middle school populations.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Current BCBA certification
  • Proven ability to implement and update behavior intervention strategies
  • Public school experience is a plus, but not required
  • Talent for effective collaboration with classroom staff, students, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Creative, compassionate, and team-focused approach

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver behavioral consultation services to students and school staff
  • Update, implement, and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Support teachers and paraprofessionals with classroom interventions
  • Collaborate with special education teams and administration to foster student growth
  • Contribute expertise to promote positive behavioral outcomes in a supportive setting
