Job Description

Youll work 32.5 hours each week over five days, providing expert guidance, assessments, and interventions for a diverse K-12 caseload. Key Qualifications:

  • Active BCBA certification and MA state credential
  • Experience supporting K-12 students in educational settings preferred
  • Strong knowledge of evidence-based behavioral practices and principles
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities
  • Passion for working with students of varying abilities and backgrounds

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and design data-driven behavior intervention plans
  • Train, consult, and collaborate with teachers, aides, and families
  • Monitor student progress and adapt plans as needed
  • Participate in IEP meetings, ensuring goals and strategies align with best practices
  • Provide crisis intervention and support when necessary
  • Maintain thorough and timely documentation
