Step into a dynamic educational environment as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) supporting K-12 students near Framingham, MA. Youll work 32.5 hours each week over five days, providing expert guidance, assessments, and interventions for a diverse K-12 caseload. As a valued member of the school community, your insights will help tailor individualized education and behavioral plans to empower students to reach their full potential.
Key Qualifications:
- Active BCBA certification and MA state credential
- Experience supporting K-12 students in educational settings preferred
- Strong knowledge of evidence-based behavioral practices and principles
- Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities
- Passion for working with students of varying abilities and backgrounds
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and design data-driven behavior intervention plans
- Train, consult, and collaborate with teachers, aides, and families
- Monitor student progress and adapt plans as needed
- Participate in IEP meetings, ensuring goals and strategies align with best practices
- Provide crisis intervention and support when necessary
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation
