We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a school-based opportunity in Fort Smith, Arkansas for the 2026-2027 school year.
Position Details:
Onsite position
August 2026 May 2027
School-based setting
Flexible weekly hours based on compensation structure
Collaborate with special education teams, staff, and families to support student success
Qualifications:
Active BCBA Certification required
Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred
Experience conducting FBAs and developing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
Strong collaboration and communication skills
