A full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) opportunity is available in Florissant, MO, serving K-12 students across two separate onsite school locations. This contract position offers a full-time schedule with hours totaling 37.5 to 40 hours per week, beginning ASAP and continuing year-round.
Responsibilities include supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), conducting Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs), and developing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs). The role requires managing a caseload based at one location, with two openings available at two distinct sites.
Key Qualifications:
- Valid Missouri BCBA license is mandatory
- Experience working with K-12 age groups
- Proven skills in supervising RBTs and implementing behavior analytic strategies
- Ability to formulate comprehensive FBAs and BIPs
