This full-time contract position is for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) supporting K-12 students in Florissant, MO. The role requires onsite supervision with a caseload at one location, with two openings available at separate sites. The position offers a consistent, year-round schedule, ideally starting as soon as possible.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct behavioral services to students across the K-12 age range.
• Develop and implement functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
• Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure effective service delivery.
• Collaborate with school staff to promote positive behavioral outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Must hold a current Missouri BCBA license.
• Experience working within public or private school settings preferred.
• Strong skills in behavior assessment, plan formulation, and staff supervision.
• Commitment to maintaining high-quality, data-driven behavioral interventions.

Location & Schedule:

• Florissant, Missouri.
• Full-time, 37.5 to 40 hours per week.
• Onsite work required.
• Contract duration: current school year with potential for extension.
