Job Description

In this contract opportunity, you'll use your expertise and credentials as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to guide students, collaborate with educators, and craft effective interventions.
Key Qualifications:
- Active BCBA certification in Massachusetts
- Experience working with K-12th grade students in a school-based setting preferred
- Strong understanding of behavior assessment, intervention, and IEP processes
- Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills
Position Highlights:
- 32.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday schedule, ensuring a balanced work-week
- Serve students across Kindergarten to 12th grade, supporting a diverse caseload
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans
- Train and consult with teachers, support staff, and families to foster positive student outcomes
- Monitor progress, maintain accurate records, and adjust strategies as needed
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure a comprehensive approach to student success
