Job Description

In this contract opportunity, you'll use your expertise and credentials as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to guide students, collaborate with educators, and craft effective interventions.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active BCBA certification in Massachusetts
  • Experience working with K-12th grade students in a school-based setting preferred
  • Strong understanding of behavior assessment, intervention, and IEP processes
  • Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills

Position Highlights:

  • 32.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday schedule, ensuring a balanced work-week
  • Serve students across Kindergarten to 12th grade, supporting a diverse caseload
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Train and consult with teachers, support staff, and families to foster positive student outcomes
  • Monitor progress, maintain accurate records, and adjust strategies as needed
  • Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure a comprehensive approach to student success

Compensation for this position ranges from $43.00 to $57.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
