Make a meaningful difference in the lives of students by supporting PreK12 learners as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in a dynamic school-based contract position. Key Qualifications:

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
• Previous experience, preferably in an educational setting, working with students ranging from preschool through 12th grade
• Solid understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and best practices
• Strong report writing, data collection, and case management skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, paraprofessionals, and families
• Commitment to onsite, in-person service delivery

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavioral assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans
• Provide direct and consultative support to educators and staff for behavioral program implementation
• Monitor student progress through regular data analysis and adjust intervention plans accordingly
• Train and coach school staff in behavioral strategies and individualized supports
• Facilitate team meetings, participate in IEP development, and engage with families as part of the students support network
• Ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date, meeting district and regulatory standards
