Key Qualifications:
- Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Experience working with school-age children across a broad range of developmental levels
- In-depth knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and strategies
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with teachers, staff, and families
- Ability to organize and monitor multiple cases efficiently
- Demonstrated adaptability and professionalism in dynamic school environments
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans
- Provide direct and consultative behavioral services to students and staff
- Collect and analyze data to guide interventions and ensure progress

- Maintain detailed and timely documentation for compliance and communication
