Key Qualifications:
- Current BCBA certification and active credentialing
- Proven experience developing and implementing behavior intervention plans, preferably in educational settings
- Familiarity with data collection, progress monitoring, and report writing
- Strong communication skills; ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Adaptable, resourceful, and driven to support diverse student populations
- Commitment to upholding ethical standards and best practices in behavior analysis
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments to identify student needs and target behaviors
- Develop and deliver behavior support plans tailored to individual students
- Provide guidance, training, and support to school staff and families regarding behavioral interventions
- Collaborate with educational staff to monitor progress and adjust supports as needed
- Document services and maintain accurate records in alignment with school and regulatory requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary planning
