Job Description

Qualifications:

  • Active BCBA credential issued by the state of Massachusetts
  • Previous experience working in school settings or with K-12 populations preferred
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Ability to develop and monitor effective behavior intervention plans
  • Commitment to ethical practices and professional development in behavior analysis

Responsibilities:

  • Assess and analyze student needs, conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs), and craft individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Provide direct and consultative services for students, teachers, and families
  • Offer training and ongoing support to school staff on behavioral strategies and data collection methods
  • Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed for maximum impact
  • Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote student success
  • Maintain detailed and compliant documentation of services provided

Compensation for this position ranges from $43.00 to $57.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
