As a BCBA, you will work a consistent schedule of 32.5 hours each week, Monday through Friday. The specific caseload will be determined to best match your skills and student needs across the K-12 spectrum, ensuring meaningful impact and professional fulfillment.
Qualifications:
- Current and valid Massachusetts BCBA credential required
- Experience working within school environments strongly preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Demonstrated capacity for collaboration with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Strong analytical, organizational, and data-driven decision making skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop evidence-based behavior intervention plans
- Provide direct and consultative services to students across grade levels
- Collaborate closely with educators, support staff, and families to foster student growth
- Collect and analyze behavioral data to inform ongoing programming
- Maintain compliance with all state, federal, and ethical guidelines
