Qualifications & Credentials:
- Active Connecticut BCBA certification required
- Experience working with K-12 students preferred
- Familiarity with implementing functional behavior assessments and behavior intervention plans
- Ability to consult, train, and support multidisciplinary staff
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments for students across multiple schools
- Develop and oversee effective behavior intervention plans tailored to individual needs
- Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to support positive student growth
- Provide training and ongoing consultation to school staff on behavioral strategies and data collection
- Monitor, analyze, and adjust interventions as needed to ensure student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to all state and district regulations
