Job Description
A full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is needed to provide applied behavior analysis services across multiple school sites serving students in kindergarten through 12th grade. This contract position is located in Fairfield, CT, and requires a current Connecticut BCBA certification.
In this role, you will design and implement individualized behavior intervention plans, train staff on behavior strategies, and monitor student progress to promote positive outcomes. Managing caseloads at various school locations, you will collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support students unique developmental and educational needs.
Qualifications:
- Current Connecticut BCBA certification
- Experience working with K-12 student populations
- Proven ability to develop and implement effective behavior intervention plans
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage caseload across multiple school settings
Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments
- Design and supervise behavior programming
- Provide ongoing staff training and consultation
