Job Description

Desired Skills & Experience:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess students behavioral needs using data-driven methods and present clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans that align with students needs.
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to model strategies and provide training on best practices in behavior management.
  • Collect and interpret behavioral data to track progress and guide service adjustments.
  • Serve as a resource and advocate for behavioral support throughout the school community, helping ensure every student receives the support they require to succeed.
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with school and district guidelines.
