What you bring:

  • Active BCBA certification with the Ohio Department of Education or applicable state licensing body
  • Current residency in Ohio
  • Proven experience developing, implementing, and evaluating behavior intervention plans in school or clinical settings
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities with students, colleagues, and families
  • Adaptability, problem-solving skills, and a genuine passion for student success
  • Ability to commit to a full-time schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 am 3:30 pm
  • Comfortable working onsite or via virtual platforms (for Ohio residents)

What youll do:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and ongoing data analysis
  • Develop individualized treatment strategies and positive behavior supports
  • Provide coaching and consultation for educational staff and parents
  • Monitor student progress and adjust plans as needed
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
  • Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment
