Collaborate with educators and families to deliver meaningful behavioral interventions and support to a caseload of 18 students.

Key Qualifications:

  • Current Maryland BCBA credential required
  • Prior experience in a school or educational setting strongly preferred
  • Expertise in conducting functional behavior assessments and developing behavior intervention plans
  • Strong interpersonal skills for working with diverse students, teachers, and families
  • Commitment to ethical, student-centered practice

Role Highlights & Responsibilities:

  • Provide behavioral assessments and individualized support for students across all age groups
  • Develop, monitor, and adjust data-driven behavior intervention plans
  • Offer staff training in positive behavioral supports and best practices
  • Collaborate in a multidisciplinary team to foster student inclusion and positive school culture
  • Work on a MondayFriday schedule totaling 37.5 hours per week during a year-round school calendar
