Qualifications:
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential recognized by Maryland
- Strong background in developing and implementing individualized behavioral intervention plans
- Prior experience in a school or educational environment, working with diverse age groups
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and families
- Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop, and monitor behavior intervention plans for students
- Collaborate closely with educators, paraprofessionals, and support staff to ensure fidelity of interventions
- Provide consultation, training, and support to teachers, staff, and families
- Maintain thorough data collection, documentation, and progress reporting
- Participate in IEP meetings and ensure all services are compliant with district and state standards
- Adapt behavioral strategies to individual student needs in a supportive, team-based environment
