This part-time, onsite position involves providing expert behavioral consultation and support within a dynamic educational environment near Elgin, IL.
As a BCBA, youll serve as a valued team member and trusted resource, helping develop strategies and interventions for students who benefit from your specialized expertise. Your knowledge, compassion, and collaborative approach will ensure student success and deliver meaningful outcomes.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Active BCBA certification
- Valid IDFPR credential; PEL is not required
- Demonstrated experience working with school-aged children preferred
- Strong ability to collaborate with educators, families, and support staff
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities:
- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized intervention plans for students
- Provide ongoing support, coaching, and training to school staff and families
- Collect and analyze behavioral data to monitor student progress and adapt strategies as needed
- Participate in team meetings to ensure coordinated care and effective communication across the educational setting
- Maintain thorough, compliant documentation
