Key Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Valid IDFPR credential (PEL not required)
- Previous experience in an educational or school-based setting is a plus
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze data to inform intervention strategies
- Develop, monitor, and adjust behavior plans to support student goals
- Provide direct services to students, coaching and training to staff, and collaborate with educational teams
- Document progress, prepare reports, and participate in IEP meetings
- Maintain compliance with all ethical and licensing standards
