This opportunity is ideal for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) seeking a rewarding role within a school setting based in Elgin, IL. The position offers a full-time, onsite contract engagement where you will apply your expertise to support student development and behavioral interventions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans
- Collaborate with educators and support staff to implement evidence-based behavioral strategies
- Monitor and analyze student progress to adjust interventions accordingly
- Provide training and guidance to school personnel and families on behavior management techniques
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with professional and organizational standards
Qualifications & Experience:
- Current BCBA certification required
- Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) preferred
- Proven experience working with children in educational settings
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work onsite for 37.5 hours per week in Elgin, IL
