Qualifications and Desired Experience
- Valid Illinois BCBA license and Professional Educator License (PEL) required
- Prior experience working with high school-aged students is strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate within multidisciplinary teams
- Strong organizational, communication, and reporting skills
- Enthusiasm for implementing evidence-based behavioral interventions
Role Overview and Key Responsibilities
- Provide behavioral analysis services and support for high school students on a manageable, part-time caseload
- Conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized intervention plans
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to optimize student outcomes
- Supervise and provide guidance to paraprofessional staff as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely records, ensuring compliance with district and state requirements
- Participate in team meetings and provide feedback to support student growth
