Job Description

In this role, youll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective behavior intervention plans tailored to diverse student needs. Qualifications:

  • Current and active BCBA certification.
  • Valid New Jersey license for practicing as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
  • Prior experience working within K-12 school settings is advantageous.
  • Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans for students.
  • Collaborate with educators, specialists, and families to ensure comprehensive support.
  • Provide training and guidance to school staff on behavioral strategies and intervention techniques.
  • Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in accordance with school and district policies.
