Qualifications:
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Current license to practice as a BCBA in New Jersey
- Experience working with school-aged children or adolescents preferred
- Solid understanding of individualized behavioral plans and positive behavior supports
- Excellent communication skills and collaborative approach
Role Highlights:
- Deliver direct behavioral analysis and therapy for students in K-12
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavioral intervention plans
