Job Description

Seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time onsite position within a K-12 school setting located in Edison, NJ. This contract role offers a unique opportunity to provide applied behavior analysis services for students across all grade levels, supporting their educational and developmental goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans for K-12 students
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments to guide treatment strategies
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to optimize student outcomes
  • Track and analyze data to evaluate progress and adjust interventions as necessary
  • Provide training and support to school staff on behavioral strategies and best practices

Qualifications:

  • Active BCBA certification and license in the state of New Jersey
  • Experience working within K-12 educational environments preferred
  • Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage a caseload of diverse students effectively

Schedule and Compensation:

  • Full-time, 35 hours per week onsite
  • Contract duration covering the school year
