Job Description

Step into an impactful contract position supporting elementary students with mild to moderate disabilities. This part-time opportunity offers 25 weekly hours working within grades 1 through 4, fostering the growth and success of learners who benefit from your expertise as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

In this role, youll work closely with students, staff, and families to implement and evaluate behavior intervention plans. Your knowledge and insight will help shape individualized supports and encourage measurable progress for students across a dynamic elementary caseload. The position may also include supervising a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), providing mentorship and overseeing the fidelity of behavioral interventions.

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

  • Must hold active BCBA certification
  • Prior experience within school settings is highly valued
  • Knowledgeable in developing and implementing functional behavior assessments and intervention plans
  • Capable of working collaboratively with teachers, support staff, and families
  • Comfortable supervising and supporting RBTs
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Passion for elevating outcomes for students with disabilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct behavior assessments for students in elementary grades 1-4
  • Design, monitor, and revise behavior intervention plans
  • Collaborate with educators and support staff for effective plan implementation
