Key Qualifications:
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Active New Jersey license and Masters degree in a related field
- Experience developing and implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs for K-12 students
- Strong collaboration and communication skills for working with multidisciplinary teams, students, and families
- Commitment to maintaining thorough documentation and adhering to best practices in behavioral health
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavioral assessments and create individualized intervention plans
- Train and support school staff and families in the implementation of behavior strategies
- Collect, monitor, and analyze data to assess student progress and adjust plans as needed
- Provide ongoing consultation and support to ensure student success across school environments
- Advocate for student needs and contribute to IEP meetings and team discussions
