Key Qualifications:

  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Active New Jersey license and Masters degree in a related field
  • Experience developing and implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs for K-12 students
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills for working with multidisciplinary teams, students, and families
  • Commitment to maintaining thorough documentation and adhering to best practices in behavioral health

Role Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavioral assessments and create individualized intervention plans
  • Train and support school staff and families in the implementation of behavior strategies
  • Collect, monitor, and analyze data to assess student progress and adjust plans as needed
  • Provide ongoing consultation and support to ensure student success across school environments
  • Advocate for student needs and contribute to IEP meetings and team discussions
