Job Description

An onsite opportunity for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is available in Edison, NJ, within a K-12 school setting. This full-time, contract position offers 35-40 hours per week, providing the chance to support students across a broad age range with specialized behavioral interventions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans for students K-12
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and data analysis to guide treatment
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
  • Provide training and supervision to staff implementing behavioral programs
  • Monitor and adjust plans based on student outcomes and research-based best practices

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Valid New Jersey license and certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
  • Experience working with school-age children, preferably in K-12 educational settings
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
