An exciting opportunity is available for a BCBA to work full-time in a vibrant educational setting supporting K-12 students. This contract role offers the chance to make a difference across multiple schools, all conveniently located within a close vicinity. The assignment runs from September 2, 2025, to June 26, 2026, totaling 35 hours per week, with workdays scheduled from 8:15 AM to 3:15 PM (or 3:05 PM depending on the school).
Key Qualifications:
- Active BCBA certification and strong background in school-based settings
- Experience with both testing and evaluations required
- Demonstrated expertise supporting students on the autism spectrum
- Ability to work with a K-12 caseload comfortably
- Reliable transportation for travel between schools
- Experience collaborating within school teams and with district staff
- Commitment to maintaining up-to-date documentation and ethical standards
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive testing and student evaluations
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
- Provide consultation and training to educational staff and parents
- Collect data and produce actionable insights to inform intervention strategies
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings to support student success
- Maintain active communication with district professionals for ongoing support
- Move efficiently between sites as needed while maintaining consistency of service
