Multiple contract openings are available for experienced Behavior Specialists holding BCBA credentials or equivalent licensure. In these roles, youll foster positive changes and deliver evidence-based support strategies within collaborative school communities.

What were looking for:

  • Advanced degree in Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a closely related discipline
  • Experience in settings serving students with emotional or behavioral needs
  • Current special education teaching license, school social worker license, school psychologist license issued by the PELSB, or current/provisional Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credentials
  • Nonviolent crisis intervention training
  • Professionals with backgrounds as Emotional Behavioral Disorder Teachers or Autism Spectrum Disorder Teachers are encouraged to apply

What youll do:

  • Perform comprehensive behavioral assessments and interpret results for parents, educators, and community partners
  • Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, guiding the development of Functional Behavioral Assessments, Social Learning Profiles, and Behavior Intervention Plans
  • Create and optimize data collection systems, monitor intervention effectiveness, and recommend strategies for improved student outcomes
  • Serve as a trusted resource to teachers, school psychologists, and social workers to ensure best practices in behavioral supports
