Key Qualifications & Experience:

  • Active certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Previous experience working within school settings, especially with elementary-aged children
  • Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques and practices
  • Outstanding communication skills for collaboration with students, teachers, and families
  • Flexibility and adaptability to support varying needs across a dynamic caseload

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver one-on-one and small group behavioral interventions for elementary students
  • Collaborate with teachers and support staff to implement effective behavioral strategies
  • Collect, record, and report data on student progress, maintaining accurate records
  • Provide feedback and recommendations for behavior plans in a school environment
  • Support a positive and productive learning atmosphere by reinforcing skill development and positive behaviors
