What You'll Bring:
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Experience in educational settings, particularly K-12 schools, strongly preferred
- Solid foundation in conducting functional behavior assessments and developing behavior intervention plans
- Strong analytical skills and a compassionate, student-centered approach
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and school teams
- Ability to provide staff training in behavior strategies and support implementation
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough assessments to identify students' behavioral and learning needs
- Design and implement evidence-based intervention plans tailored to individual students
- Monitor progress, collect and analyze behavioral data, and adjust interventions as needed
- Consult with teachers, paraprofessionals, and related service providers to promote fidelity of intervention plans
- Provide ongoing training and professional development for school staff regarding behavioral supports
- Foster an inclusive, positive learning environment that supports student independence and growth
